WAYS TO GIVE TO STRAWBERY BANKE MUSEUM

Make a Gift Now!

Annual Fund Donations

Strawbery Banke Museum enjoys the support of countless donors, each with unique reasons for supporting the mission of the Museum and each with different resources available for making a philanthropic gift. The Museum's giving programs are intended to match donor's interests with their capacity to support the organization.

Annual fund gifts provide unrestricted funds for the most critical needs of the Museum. From maintaining and heating our more than 40 buildings, to keeping the grounds and gardens beautiful, to making innovative educational programming available to school children and adults, your dollars allow the Museum to adhere solidly to its mission of preservation and education. Donors of $1,000 or more are enrolled as members of the Preservationist Club.

Donor Programs
Major gifts provide more significant contributions, usually restricted to a particular program, building restoration project, or endowment fund at the Museum. Specific opportunities may be discussed with the Vice President Institutional Advancement.

Memorial gifts are made to honor an individual associated with Strawbery Banke Museum or a loved one who might have shared the Museum's passion for preserving and interpreting the seacoast's cultural history. Such contributions are acknowledged to both the donor and the honoree. These gifts are generally unrestricted and support our year round programs.

Planned gifts and bequests generally include life income gifts such as charitable trusts, charitable gift annuities, and life insurance policies whereby the donor, in exchange for her/his gift, receives income for life. Strawbery Banke benefits from the gift upon the passing of the income beneficiary. Donors who name the Museum as a beneficiary of such gifts are recognized as members of the Puddle Dock Society
